Stenner JLP1000 1-Inch Plastic Flow Meter for Water Systems

Description

The proportional feed system, Stenner refers to as the PCM system consists of three components:

• PCM – pump control module
• Single head fixed output pump (45 or 85 model)
• Dry contact water meter
  • Body: Engineered Reinforced Plastic (nylon)
  • Internal: Engineered thermoplastic
  • Magnet: Alnico
• Accuracy: ± 2% of reading
• Flow Rate: 0.75 – 50 GPM
• Maximum operating temperature: 105º F (40º C)
• Maximum operating pressure: 100 psi (6.9 bar)

The water meter sends a pulse signal to the PCM which activates the pump to deliver the desired dose based on water volume. The PCM turns on the pump for the set duration to inject the solution into the water line.

Selecting The Right Pulse Rate:

• 1 Pulse/Gallon: For flow rates of less than 5 GPM
• 2 Pulse/Gallon: For flow rates of higher than 5 GPM
